Well Developed Man Program

We constantly strive to make our brothers the best version of themselves that they can be and ensure they have plenty of personal and professional development as brothers. Events, workshops, and various opportunities under our Well Developed Man program are structured into three stages. Brothers are encouraged to progress to the "Levy" stage, which entails participating in an interview workshop, setting personal development goals, and leading their workshop on a relevant topic. Joint workshops led by brothers include professional development topics such as resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills enhancement. Additionally, alumni frequently engage with our chapter meetings via Zoom, offering insights on pursuing future career paths and internship opportunities. This interaction has led to numerous brothers securing internships with alumni support. As a result of this program and the guidance provided by our Chapter Advisors and Alumni, every graduating brother has successfully obtained employment upon completing their undergraduate degree. We have deep talks with our brothers to make sure with our Mental Health Committee.
